WHERE IS MY ORDER MADE?
Your order is made in the Bottle Blonde Studio by Girl Boss Chloe and a her team of sassy interns. We're based in Coventry, UK.
HOW DO I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?
Our custom orders option is under the More drop down list on the Bottle Blonde website. If you’d like a customer order of one of our garments then fill out the custom orders form on the customer orders page and then we’ll take it from there.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can amend your order up to one week from your original order date.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Bottle Blonde ship to the UK and Internationally. Any enquiries on a specific country email firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
All our parcels are sent first class signed for which takes 1-2 weeks for UK and 2 -3 weeks for International. We currently don't do next day delivery as all Bottle Blonde garments are made to order however if you send an email to email@example.com we can see what we can do about the delivery options and set up appropriate shipping costs according to the specified delivery arrangement.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
UK delivery cost is standard rate at £4 and takes 1-2 weeks.
International delivery cost depends on the price of the item and takes 2 - 3 weeks
◦ £0 - £15 is £5 shipping fee
◦ £15 - £50 is £8.50 shipping fee
◦ £50 - up is £17.50 shipping fee
The postage time does not include the manufacturing time.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
All Bottle Blonde parcels are sent Signed for so your delivery will have to be signed for. If you're not in royal mail will try to leave your parcel with a neighbour. If this isn't possible a ‘Something For You’ card will be left explaining an attempted delivery. The recipient then has a choice to either collect the item from their local delivery office or arrange a redelivery on a day you will be available.
WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG?
Your order takes longer to dispatch that high street sites, because we make your purchases to order. During busy periods like festival season and Christmas, delivery times can be extended to 3-4 weeks, so please message us prior to ordering if you need something in a hurry or for a gift. Where possible we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your parcel is ready you’ll get an email to let you know your order has left BB HQ.
We will drop you an email with a link to your personal tracking information via Royal Mail
and if you're not in then royal mail will try to leave your parcel with a neighbour as every parcel needs a signature.
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS WRONG OR ISN'T WORKING!
If the tracking number provided to you via email is wrong or isn't working send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can chase up your tracking number to find out where your order is and let you know.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Earrings cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we will require the returns form which is supplied in your parcel.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your payment method, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Bottle Blonde Studio, 16 Lower Holyhead Road, Coventry, CV1 3AU.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bottle Blonde Studio, 16 Lower Holyhead Road, Coventry, CV1 3AU.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
